We had the wonderful opportunity to go with a group to Cedar Point in Ohio. At church we were asked if we would like to ride on a tour bus to Cedar Point. After we discussed it, we decided it would be a lot of fun to do this with a group and the bonus would be to not to drive there and back. The kids had TONS of fun and we hope to make this a yearly tradition. Here are some fun pictures of the kids.

Boating at Blacktail Reservior
Danny was able to get up on the kneeboard the first try and almost got up on the wakeboard. David's new toy, that he pulls behind his boat, is called the Atom. It looks like an atom, with handles on the three corners and in between. The boys and Hallie had so much fun being pulled around on it. As the pictures show, they were holding on for dear life. The boys want to thank Uncle David and Aunt Michelle for bring their boat up from Utah so they could play around on it

Little Cousins
I know I am so late on posting things from our vacation, but it has been a busy couple of weeks. (That is a story for another time.) While at Grandma's house, the little cousins were able to get aquainted. It was so fun to see them interact. Abby and Evie are about the same age. Abby 16 months, Evie 13 months. At one point during this interaction, Abby was trying to open the door and Evie was trying to close it. We all had a good laugh over their little dilemna they created. They played good together. While we were camping, Evie loved to give kisses to Abby. So cute!
Later that evening, we decided to have a cousins bathtime since all the kids were pretty dirty from being outside with the horses. As you can tell in the pictures, we rotated the cousins through the bath. I think they had fun.

Rogers' Ranch
After leaving Mark & Anna's, we went to Uncle Chris's to get new tires and a 4-wheeler for the kids. Danny, Caleb, Clarissa & Abby loved riding on the 4-wheelers. Danny had tons of fun helping change tires on our vehicle and Uncle James's car. (Thanks Uncle Chris!) Jake and Aaron are not in any of these pictures because they went home with Grandpa & Grandma.
Later that evening we arrived at Grandpa & Grandma's. The kids enjoyed their time on the slip-n-slide, horses and of course the 4-wheelers. Clarissa loved the horses, even though Danny and her slid off once, she wanted to get right back on. Thanks for loving the kids while we were at your home, they had a blast!

Rogers Reunion in Palisades, ID
Idaho or Bust!!
Friday, mid-morning, we set out for Idaho to the Annual Rogers Reunion. Little did we know the last 5 hours would almost be worse than the previous 28 hours!
The kids had so much fun playing with cousins while the adults chilled out in the shade. While at the campsite, the older kids "mined for crystals" while the younger ones hung out at camp! The older kids loved Uncle James because he would go on hikes with them. The rest of us soon followed which made the hike consist of about 35 people. We made lots of memories, ate some delicious grub and took tons of pictures. Thanks to everyone for letting us "steal" the pictures from your cameras. Enjoy!
Thanks to Grandpa, we all got family pictures taken, although we were not at our best. Sunday, we attended Mark & Anna's baby's blessing and took more family pictures there. Boy, does that Rogers' group clean up nicely. =) Thanks for all the fun, until next time.

Visit to Great Grandma's in SLC
After surviving Cub Scout Day Camp Monday thru Wednesday, we headed for Utah Wednesday, June 25th around 6 p.m. EST. We drove all night long and reached Grandma's house around 8 p.m. MST. What a relief it was to know that we had finally arrived. This kids were so excited to get out of the car. Mom and Dad were just excited to sleep, let alone in a bed!!!
Grandma kissed on the kids and adored the girls. Last time she saw Clarissa, she was only 6 months old. This was the first time she was able to physically see and hold Abby. We love you Grandma!! Onto Idaho . . .
